I am a piano technician from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. I started in this industry in 1996 and completed my apprenticeship and training in 2001. Over the years, I designed and built many tools that I use. I wanted to develop my own tuning lever that was ergonomic, balanced, high quality, and made tuning easier than other levers available on the market. The high-grade timber and burl timber handles I use for my levers are from all over the world.
